Biography
David Chen joined Sterling & Associates as an associate in 1995 and became Managing Partner in 2015. He has built one of the most successful corporate practices in the region, handling complex mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.
David's transactional experience spans multiple industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services. He is known for his creative deal structures and ability to navigate challenging negotiations.
Outside the firm, David serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and is a frequent speaker at legal and business conferences.
